Physical Products

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging when applicable.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please include photos of the item and packaging when possible.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

Custom Design Services

Custom design services are non-refundable once work has begun.

If a project has not yet started, cancellation requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
